Short version: we collect what a repair visit requires, use it to run the visit, and sell it to no one.
When you call or use our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, service address and ZIP code, the appliance type, and your description of the problem. That's the complete list — the form has no hidden fields and the website sets no advertising trackers of our own.
Your details schedule the visit, load the right parts on the van, and produce your quote and invoice. Records of completed repairs are kept so your warranty means something when you call back. Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-processing service and arrive as email to the shop.
We never sell, rent or trade your information, run marketing lists you didn't ask for, or contact you about anything other than the repair you requested. A finished job ends the conversation unless you restart it.
The site uses Google Fonts for typography and a form-delivery service for the booking form; each receives only the technical data those functions require. We share repair records with no data brokers or advertisers, and disclose information only if the law compels it.
